Pre-prepared, cooked, and refrigerated for easy reheating
Frozen, family or single serve meals you cook at home
Preassembled, but most ingredients are raw

Pre-portioned and packaged for your convenience in microwavable or oven safe containers
Both microwave and oven reheating instructions will be provided at your request

Allergies, health and dietary preferences are taken into consideration

Meals can be portioned out to assist with weight loss and/or to meet your specific calorie needs

Some menu items will be slightly undercooked to maintain the freshness and flavor of the product after it is heated—this information will be provided

Deliveries are twice a week—special accommodations can be made

In Home Meal Preparation
If you live outside of our delivery area or needs family size meals, in home meal preparation is for you! Katie will come to your home and bring the groceries, ingredients and cooking utensils she needs to prepare several meals for you and/or your family. All meals will be packaged individually or family style and refrigerated or frozen and labeled with reheating instructions. Your kitchen will be left spotless but your house will have the aroma of a home cooked meal. Inquire for more information and pricing.
